Isaca put together a large cyber security convention that was to be held in Miami. Their main goal was to sell out the convention.


Isaca had not done traditional marketing for this event. They only utilized their internal contacts and mailing list. This effort only lead to about 40% being sold. Isaca came to us two weeks before the event in a panic. Due to the time frame we were limited on what we could do that would be successful. We came up with an experiential idea. We hired Segway teams dressed in unified Isaca attire and provided material for them to pass out. We sent them out two days before the convention and two days during the convention focusing on business areas and areas around the convention center. By day three, the convention was sold out. This last minute effort was a success for Isaca, meeting their objective and selling out the convention.
